I hold a certificate in nutrition, and yes it is possible that he was malnourished. I can only imagine the EXTREME amount of junk food and empty calories he must have been taking in! To weigh that much and not even get nearly the amount of nutrients needed for sustanance of the body; and little or no exercise, I'm sure. Its almost as though he wanted to eat himself to death or just didn't care.
