actually in SOME obese people, not all. there is a genetic mutation where the medula oblangata does not regulate your hunger "sensors" so u always feel hungry, when ur not. these people should keep their diet in check, ignore their hungriness and eat ata regulated schedule

A lot of it has to do with socio-economic conditions as well. Crap food usually is a lot cheaper than healthy organic type stuff, so poorer people ironically can be fatter. This wasn't the case 50+ years ago, it was the opposite. But if they realize this & it truly matters, anyone can learn to budget healthy food I think.
