ok, the thing is.. Fat is Fat! Muscle is Muscle!you can't transform it.. but you can use the fat as resistance! first.. you should make some muscle (bigger muscle needs more energy, and burns more)after that, loose the weight. but getting a real six pack takes long time,

You can't turn fat into anything. To get 6 packs you just need to get low bodyfat percentage. So big belly, means you have high percentage of fat. Burn calories and lower it.

Wrong, you build muscle whilst losing weight. This way you burn more calories, won't get loose skin and will be healthier.

Eating healthy is the most important thing. In 6 months you can probably lose no more than 50-70 pounds.

dw i don't take offence to it :p im pretty clueless about exericise lol :P, i heard it was easier to turn fat into muscle but is that in like small amounts? i have quite a belly on me haha so idk whats best =|

mate no offence but u aint gunna get a set of abs whilst ur fat. If u wanna look gr8 u gotta lose the fat first. The abdominal muscles wont "eat" through the fat like u expect believe me, lose the weight first then build up muscle.

which is better though im a fatty 17 yr old (by fat i mean FAT) :P should i try to lose weight then try and put a 6 pac on or turn my fat into muscle? like should i burn fat off or do muscle buildin exercises .. cus after christmas i got myself a 6 month to go from flab to fab haha ;) .. im really clueless about exercise but im determined to lose weight/put a 6 pac on
