:
A Diet, A Diet With Detox, or An Exercise Program?
A few years ago, I lost 75 pounds and I have kept them off. I was on a
specific diet which I believed in and which I followed closely. Reviews Posted Here
I have explored many different programs for Rapid Weight Loss on the market today and I believe in those which I have posted here.
For each of us there is a best way to lose weight. You will have to discover which is best for you.
If you are severely obese, you may need to lose a lot of weight before you you can tolerate an exercise program. Also, you may need to complete some kind of detoxification program before you can start losing weight. I know that for me, I needed to lose about 50 pounds before I could even walk a few blocks. But, now I'm doing much better with exercise.
Many of the detox programs are designed to detox your system as part of a weight loss program. So, explore which feels best for you.
Will you have to exercise?
If you are seriously overweight and you are serious about Rapid Weight Loss, you will, at least, want to finish your weight loss process by including an exercise program. Your skin and your internal organs will benefit greatly from toning your body with these kinds of programs.
When you are committed to Rapid Weight Loss and the program you are on does work, then you will lose weight.
How does a detox program help you lose weight?
I don't know what doctors or scientists think, but for me detox is about clearing your body of stuff which interferes with your normal processes. So, if your are intoxicated with chemicals and residue which is inappropriate for your body, then many of your normal processes will not be working correctly.
One of our normal bodily functions is the regulation of your weight. If you are not able to maintain normal weight something is interfering with this normal process. So, one of the things you can do to correct this situation is detox your body. This is a process which helps your body get rid of the stuff which is blocking your natural ability to maintain a normal weight for yourself.
When detox programs are successful, your body weight returns to normal levels in a natural way.
Do all diets use calorie counting?
No, there are some diets which use other methods of getting your body to return to normal weight.
Some diets are organized around only eating foods which do not cause your body to store fat.
Some diets are organized around raising your metabolism rate. When this is increased, you burn off the excess weight.
Some diets are organized around avoiding certain foods based on some parameters (blood type, body type, sensitivities and intolerances).
Yes, some diets do focus on calories. And, of course, you have to choose the kind of diet which feels right for you.
